NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING for the adoption of a Interim General Manager and Ammended Resolutions 2025-2 and 2025-3.  Notice is hereby given that the meeting will be held on August 4,
2025, at 1:00 p.m. This will be a hybrid meeting and can be attended in person or via Zoom. The link will
be included on the meeting notice. The proposed budget will be available to all interested persons and
